Forschungsinteressen

I am an experimental petrologist interested in high-temperature processes that shaped the early evolution of terrestrial planets. My PhD project aims to develop an experimental approach to investigate the outgassing of moderately volatile elements from silicate melts. By improving our understanding of these processes, my research seeks to constrain the interactions between magma oceans and the formation of first planetary atmospheres, ultimately extending these insights to the evolution and atmospheric formation of rocky exoplanets.
