Application form for financial support
Financial support will be granted by ESA to a very limited number of participants working in ESA member states.
The LOC will decide in due course which applications will be funded and the amount of support to be granted. All applicants will then be informed of the decision in mid/late December.
Note: Applicants should only register for SOW2026 after they have received an acceptance notification from the committee by email.
How to apply?
Participants who wish to apply must be the presenting author of their paper and submit an abstract before applying.
The deadline for applying for financial support is October 31st, 2025. Please note that late applications will not be considered.
The application should include the following (please combine all documents into a single PDF file):
- a CV
- the abstract submitted to the SOW2026
- a letter of motivation
- a letter of recommendation (not required, but strongly recommended)
