Abstract submission - closed -

The SOC will review all submissions and inform applicants of its decision by mid/late December. Depending on the number of submissions, there may be changes to the presentation format.

Review talks should not exceed 30 min, including questions.
Invited talks should not exceed 20 min, including questions.
Contributed talks should not exceed 15 min, including questions.
Poster presentation should have the size of DIN A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm) portrait.

How to submit

The deadline for abstract submission extended to November 23rd, 2025.

The extension of the abstract deadline might give the possibility to colleagues who at this time cannot work because of the US government shutdown to submit their abstracts. In case the shutdown would extend into December, we would try our best to also allow late abstracts, for those affected by the shutdown.

Submissions should include a title, an abstract (maximum 1400 characters), the session for which the abstract is being submitted, and the preferred presentation type (poster/oral). In addition, the submission should include the name and email address of the presenter and the names of any co-authors.
