How to attend?
The event is completely hybrid, so that you can participate either in person or remotely. However, we would love to welcome you in person in Berlin.
The registration fee for on-site participation includes coffee breaks, lunch, and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the conference, as well as the conference dinner on Wednesday.
How to register?
Payment of the fee can be made by bank transfer or online. Please select your preferred payment method on the registration form and provide the necessary information for issuing the invoice. Once your registration has been received, you will receive an email with all the necessary information for payment and the invoice.
If you require a letter to apply for a visa, please fill in the relevant fields on the registration form. Please register first and pay the fee. Once this is done, we will send you the letter together with the confirmation of your registration.
If you have applied for financial support, please wait to register until you have been notified that your application has been selected by the committees!
