on-site participation

Information

September 27, 2021

Currently, we are pretty confident that we will be able to run the meeting as hybrid meeting with on-site participation. But due to ever-changing regulations, we might still be forced to hold the meeting only in virtual form. So please make your travel arrangements accordingly (refundable tickets and hotel bookings etc).  Of course, we will keep you posted and immediately inform you if conditions change.

Corona-virus rules

We assume that most of you are fully vaccinated (or have recovered from Covid-19) at the time of the meeting, so that you will be able to enter Germany without being placed into quarantine, even in case you enter Germany from a high-risk area for every participant, we are forced to require a negative self-test to be done daily prior to attending the meeting. Free of charge self-test kits will be made available at MPS. During the meeting the Institute’s corona rules will apply (masks, distancing, etc.). If not specified by the Institute, then the official rules of the State of Lower Saxony and of Germany will apply.

Please make yourself familiar with entry regulations to Germany if you are coming from outside the county. Please also be aware that depending from where you are coming from and whether you are fully vaccinated or not, you may have to fulfill quarantine requirements upon entry to Germany.
