The meeting is planned to celebrate "5 Billion Kilometers in Space" of the Solar Orbiter space mission and to present the latest scientific advances of the Polarimetric and Helioseimic Imager (SO/PHI) during the first years in space.

Accommodation Fee

Price per day 157,97 EUR including VAT (Non Max Planck Employees pay on site)

This full board price includes one drink with meals and refreshments during breaks. Additional drinks are charged separately. Vegetarian food can be served on advance booking. The conference package includes coffee break, room rental, free Wlan. The conference flat rate is charged per day - even half days. 

No additional meeting fees will be charged.

Ringberg accepts Euro-, Master- and Visacard, but EC-Card and cash are preferred.
