Christiane Nüsslein-Volhard-Stiftung

The Christiane Nüsslein-Volhard Foundation supports talented young female scientists with children, to enable them to have the freedom and mobility that is necessary for a scientific career. The foundation is aimed at female PhD students and postdocs in the experimental sciences and medical fields. A monthly sum of 200 to 400 Euros, which is intended for household help and additional childcare, should help unburden young female scientists from household tasks. The funding is granted for a year and can be extended for a further year. Candidates can apply through the application portal on the website.
