Schedule and oral program

We highly encourage all speakers to provide us with an electronic version of their talk and to use the computer(s) provided by us for the presentation. We accept PDF, PowerPoint, Keynote, and OpenOffice format on Windows and MAC platforms. If you are using different formats or special software, please contact us beforehand and we will accommodate your needs.

The projector has an aspect ratio of 16:9, but of course also a presentation in 4:3 will display correctly.

Please provide us with your talk 1/2 day before your presentation, if possible, so that we can test it. This will ensure that the oral sessions are running smoothly. You can also send your talk via email to us.
