AGU⁺⁺

AGU⁺⁺ and AGUTeX are now frozen, being obsolete. One should now use the AGU2001 package supplied by the AGU

The BibTeX style files are still maintained by me, and used by AGU

Add-ons to the AGU's AGUTeX to make it more user-friendly, LaTeX-conforming, and applicable to LaTeX2e

AGUTeX

Version 5.01 from 1999/03/29

The AGU's LaTeX package, as zip file.

BibTeX for AGU

Version 3.0 from 2004/02/23

These are still part of the AGU2001 LaTeX system.
They have been updated to handle the new AGU citation system with DOI and citation number. Both the pre-2003 and 2004 formats are dealt with.

EGS/EGU

The LaTeX classes for the European Geophysical Union are now maintained and distributed by Copernicus Publications.
Please go to the Copernicus Web Site.

MAKEBST or custom-bib

Version 4.33 from 2011/05/13

My system for customizing bibliographic style files (.bst) for BibTeX

MPSLET

Letter class for MPS.

(Now updated to contain the current MPS bank account (2009))

MPS-POSTER

A package for making poster talks with MPS heading (replaces earlier MPPOSTER, which did MPS and MPAE).

BIBENTRY

A package to complement natbib that allows the entries in the list of references to be included anywhere in the text. This means a full reference can be placed in figure captions, or one can produce an annotated list of references

PREPRINT Collection

Last update 2011/01/27

A preprint class to act as a variation on the standard article class.

It may use any or all of the other packages listed here.

It permits an MPS heading on the first page, and an MPS report number.

Appendix to make figures, tables, equations to be renumbered in appendices as A.1 etc., rather than just continuing from the main text.

Balance allows the two columns on the last page to be balanced, i.e. set to the same height.

Fullpage to set up the text area to allow 2.5 cm on all sides; uses the paper size option a4paper to decide what the paper is (A4 or US letter); also takes in account any headers or footers.

Mpshead to add an MPS head with logo on the title page, with optionally an MPS Report number at the top.

authblk.sty

Authblk to create a more flexible way of entering author names and affiliations, with footnote options.

Figcaps to allow figures and tables to be placed in the input text where they should appear, but have the captions, and optionally the figures too, printed at the end of the document.

Sublabel to permit any counter to be sub-numbered as 5.1, 5.2, etc., but especially meant for figures, tables and equations. The style of sub-numbering can be defined.
