Each of these tar files contains three data directories tracked data cubes (tracked), power spectra (pspec), and mode parameter fits (fits) for the selected active region and one or two comparison regions of low magnetic activity at the same latitude within half a Carrington rotation. 

The data is MDI full disk Dopplergram data tracked in 16x16 degree sized tiles for close to 5 days. The data are stored in datacubes. This data was provided by R. Bogart.
